omigod..that's so cruel...i just watched 'meet your meat' and i think i'm done trying to become vegan...i just became one..=(
i'm really glad to hear that; good for you for deciding to make a difference for animals by being vegan. please just let me know if you ever have any questions about veganism, want support or tips, looking for recipes, etc. always happy to help :)
that is awful!i can't believe that people would actually do that!thats sick!
sadly, as long as there are people who are eating meat, this will be done to the animals who are used for it. every time someone buys a piece of meat at a store, restaurant, etc., they are literally paying for this to happen -- and the animals are paying with their lives. please, to anyone who thinks this is awful and can't believe it happens, help stop it from continuing to happen by adopting a vegan lifestyle. this is one of the best ways to help animals, and you can save the lives of an estimated 100 animal per year. anyone who has any questions, feel free to ask anytime on here, and if you want more infomration, you can request a free vegan starter pack at www.veganstarterpack.com
what did the end say? anyways that makes me sick... i think becoming a vegetarian should help me get over this a little.
becoming vegetarian is a great way to not support what you saw happen in this video, and becoming vegan would take it even a step further because cows used for dairy are also eventually killed at the same slaughterhouses as the cows raised to be used for meat. you can find out more about what's wrong with dairy (and eggs as well) in this flyer: http://afa-online.org/docs/dairy_eggs.pdf
ple ase just let me know if you ever have any questions about being vegetarian or vegan, want more infomration, want tips or recipes, etc. i'm always happy to help.
some great places to start are by checking out our tips for parents journal (has a lot of good basic info), requesting a free veg starter pack at www.veganstarterpack.com, and looking at all the awesome recipes at www.vegweb.com
