you aren't useless. as sad as it is to watch and know that this stuff is happening to animals, you can do something. to not support the abuse and killing that happen on factory farms, don't eat meat, eggs, or dairy. by adopting a vegan diet, you will be saving the lives of an estimated 100 animals per year. to not support the horrors that go on in animal testing, don't buy products that have been tested on animals. to not support the cruelty that goes into making leather, fur, wool, and silk, don't wear these products.
i know that it is hard to feel like you can do anything in the face of so much cruelty, but each person does make a difference. for each of us who doesn't use animal products, the products won't be made for us -- and those animals don't suffer. please think of those animals that you can help and become vegan to do so.
you can request a free vegan starter pack at veganstarterpack.com and find lots of great vegan resources at actionforanimals.com
for recipes, check out vegweb.com and vegcooking.com

Yes, I'm already a vegetarian! But I really don't eat eggs or milk either!
And I'm starting a fashion line that use's all animal cruelty free products, such as faux leather/fur. To raise money for donating to animal rights charitys and organizations etc. And on one of the websites pages I'd love to add your site for ppl that want to find out more info on how they can help :)

that's awesome! and you're welcome to add our site -- our official website is www.actionforanimals.com
let me know when your site is up and what the url is -- i'd love to check it out and maybe i could send out a bulletin or something about it to let people know what you're doing and why they should support vegan products.

that's really awesome that you've done papers about animal issues. something that we do is encourage people who use school assignments to discuss animal issues is to share them so that more people can become aware of them. if you'd like us to help you use your papers to educate people, you can send them to us in a message and we'll re-post them as bulletins. thank you for caring about animals -- and for caring enough to watch the footage of what they go through.
